Major responsibility include: -Processing field Survey Data into Civil3D 2022 DWG files conforming to Apex Engineering standards. -Creation of new point and label styles and assinging them to their correct blocks, layers, colors for use on Apex drawings and apperance on Apex plots. -Keeping Linework Codes, Description keys, Database files; as they relate to the drawing template, up to date. -Using Survey data to create, Asbuilt plans, Existing Topo, ALTA's and to update project databases as needed. -Provide COGO points for field crews to perform design layout. -Write property descriptions and read all documentation from title searches for ALTA plan preperation, add said data to plans as required. Additional Duties include: -Provide computer support for new software updates and, file server maintenance. -Installation and setup of new PC's for staff. -Provide time estimates for manpower scheduling and project completion schedules.
