I've had the pleasure of working with Fred on numerous occasions, but I believe the last highlights what a team player he is. At the time we were working on different teams that didn't overlap. I had an idea: put together a user group to discuss a very technical piece of Salesforce. I approached Fred to get some help. He not only welcomed the meetings, we discussed the best path forward, he gave me recommendations, and then developed a plan to get me a speaker for the event. Fred could have easily said "that's not my job" but instead he saw an opportunity to help, and did everything within his power to make that happen. This is how every interaction with Fred goes - He takes the call, he listens carefully, and he develops a solution that is better than anyone could have hoped.
