remark: GE Current lighting is separated from GE lighting and acquired by AIP. 1)Manage 2 product line and 8pcs OEM&ODM assembly suppliers, system review overall quality of existing suppliers. set up annual quality goal for team memeber and KPI plan, implement target management and TQM strategy. 2)Led cross-function team to on-site audit potential sources,to evaluate quality system compliance,through training& follow up to reach 80% mini qualification criteria: 3)Drove OEM supplier to apply PPAP mode for import of quality management system during NPI and realized the goal of"0"quality risk when transferred to MP each year; 4)Led OEM's annual supplier quality audit and product quality meeting,used PDCA& 5M1E quality tools to supervise suppliers to solve quality issue during MP,100% met the goal of not affecting the delivery due to product quality; 5)Not only focus on final products' quality result, guide supplier to set up competitive IQC/IPQC/OQC quality management system based on TQM& six sigma concept, Realize robust product quality management from NPI to MP phase. 6)Contintously provided OEM with Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing quality management training and supervision, and completed the training and assessment of at least 2 sub- suppliers every year; 7)Rapid responded to final customer about quality complaint,adopt 8D template to analyze root cause and put forward corrective& preventive actions, 100% closed issues within 35days and followed up the implementation of improvement to suppliers: 8)Set up annual quality management plan and personal assessment key index,worked together with cross-function team,100% met target and supported additional tasks.
