Joined the company in 2012 and ran the Kent postcode areas, hiring and training a team of inventory clerks. A year later I was handed responsibility for overseeing the miServices regional directors and a large team of inventory clerks across London, South East and South West England. We work on behalf of landlords and letting agents, inspecting their properties using the latest technology to achieve rapid turnarounds. In 2014 we launched the miH2O Legionella risk assessment service, which I sold into a multinational chain. We are now working for two of the busiest letting agents nationwide, alongside major corporate and regional chains, independents, private landlords and local authorities.
