Head of Projects Execution Taking over, leading and restructuring of GD’s Projects Execution Department with 120 employees without jeopardizing the running business. A key success factor was the establishment and implementation of a directive Project Management Office (PMO) that defines and set quality standards and procedures on how Gulf Drug is executing, managing and delivering future medical projects. During the process of restructuring 23 projects were successful completed and additional 24 projects acquired.
