As an officer, director and Secretary Emeritus I provided counseling advise and pro bono legal work for the International Institute, a non for profit organization providing services to immigrants. As a Board Member of CDC II, a subsidiary of the International Institute, I reviewed and approved micro-loans for immigrants. As Mayor of the City of Westwood, I am a member of the Municipal League of Greater St. Louis.
