Interact with clients in disaster response and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire project flow. Regularly inspect job progress and quality of work of subcontractors through daily and weekly site visits. Actively recruit, manage and coordinating a team of subcontractors. ⦁ Provide oversight both residential and commercial projects. ⦁ Supervise and direct overall project activities including planning and coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures, and standards are maintained ⦁ Manage project budget and schedule. ⦁ Solicit and review material and subcontractor proposals. ⦁ Coordinate applications and obtaining building permits. ⦁ Provide weekly progress meetings and prepare reports that keep the team well informed of the progress and challenges of each project. ⦁ Manage subcontractors and negotiate matters relating to cost and scheduling. ⦁ Monitor activities to ensure work is progressing on schedule and within budget. ⦁ Ensure all project closeout documentation as needed. ⦁ Develop and maintain customer relationships throughout the project flow.
