I had the good fortune of working with Francis as a judge during the Mercuriades contest (a prestigious Quebec Business competition) when we were both student. He demonstrated a strong eye for detail and an ability to understand new industries quickly and analyze them effectively. He is organized, insightful and methodical but remains flexible. He's also an effective communicator (in both languages) and has the interaction skills that are needed when dealing with clients. I think the best indicator of his capability is that he was hired on by RCGT- the company that was sponsoring the Mercuriades. It's clear that he made as good an impression on them as he made on me. He is a pleasure to work with and I would leap at the opportunity to do so again.
