Whilst with Identity Creative, I worked within a variety of projects and teams to best develop my skill sets, alongside completing my apprenticeship to the highest standard, with a wide array of quality training. I have been heavily involved with the development of new business and strategies, especially within DigiiStore, providing valued input on both the creative marketing and overall operational strategy, as well as having input on factors such as the user experience and customer flow. I have been responsible for analytic tracking and reporting using tools, such as Google Analytics and social media channel insights to better gauge our marketing efforts and overall user experience and continuity, something I am deeply interested in delivering throughout all parts of our business.
