  As a percentage owner and therefore a manager of the company, I oversee the performance of staff and their adherence to company policies. This ranges from their ability to engage with our valued clientele, presentation of self, attention to detail, organisation and overall willingness to adapt to how in which we operate. In addition, I coordinate, plan and manage functions and events that we as an establishment host. This role entails allocating sizeable parties of patrons to appropriate areas of our establishment to comfortably and adequately cater for their needs and requests. Such needs and requests include: Pre-organised meals, Finger food and/or platters, Outdoor Bar Hire, Security Guards, Drink Tabs, Live Music Hire, Amenity hire and more.Within this role I have, and always will, go to almost any length to deliver the best possible experience to patrons, with specificity to all, whilst leading and encouraging my team to do likewise.
