Achieved profitability for all programs, with net profit over $50k Accomplishments included creating four new part-week programs within the existing camps framework; reducing expenses by over $5k; the complete restructuring of schedules, staff training, and programs for the four existing camps; and an overall improvement to the professional culture of the programs.
