  Participated in Young Enterprise project, where i launched a small business with a group of peers. As we launched a legitimate business we were responsible for everything, some key responsibilities include: creating and managing the bank account & finances, designing products, organising manufacturing, and marketing the product to customers. My role in the business was human resources, i was tasked with organising the team, events and assigning roles (such as in the business plan). We won an award for our marketing campaign.
