  As the UK Covid19 response ramped-up testing capacity at the end of Summer 2021, I made a move to use my degree and change industry to a sector less harmed by the pandemic. I have since enjoyed better hours, better progression opportunities & been enthused by having to adapt to an entirely new style of work from my previous experiences of the last several years.   I have had some excellent experiences and a lot of fun managing my previous bar, though after the various lockdowns and restrictions of Covid I was overdue to make a move into a more stable role that allowed me to spend more time with my family and offered more career progression.
