Fraser Currie and I worked together building a cross-functional collaborate partnership with one the largest multiple-grocers in the UK. This proved to be one of the more challenging projects I've worked on. Not to be discouraged, Fraser consistently lead by example. He was consistently fair, pragmatic and supportive while always maintaining a personable and approachable manner. The key point of difference however was that Fraser maintained this position regardless of circumstances - both to his personal credit and Accolades Wines.

A refreshingly modern beer brand imagined in India, Bira 91 has built a strong portfolio of essential beers and aims to drive the global shift in beer towards more colour and flavour. Established in the summer of 2015 by B9 Beverages and headquartered in New Delhi, India, Bira 91 has quickly become the rage amongst urban millennials owing to its delicious beers, bold identity and a strong draft network. Complex challenges in foodservice with biggest global customer, created growth combining top-level logistics planning, with quality premium food engagement with award winning chefs. Brokered main board relationships, delivering service to over 6,000 units weekly, required a collaborative leadership style to focus on reducing costs, whilst maintaining high levels of service to very different end users. With Tesco launching their discounter ranges and looking to reduce branded share, negotiated Joint Business Plan (JBP) through extreme trading period, achieving cost increases, better shape to product portfolio, in terms of store distribution and maintaining a respectful relationship with buying team.
