Fraser was my Upper School Division head for several years. This was a new position for him at the school and he worked very hard to learn the skills of leading the Upper School while maintaining positive working relationships with both students and faculty. Fraser communicated well with our team and always had his door open to listen to our concerns and ideas. Fraser was able to bridge the traditions of our college prep environment with innovation in order to best serve our students and family. Fraser would be a great addition to any school, as he was to ours.

I write this letter of recommendation for Fraser Coffeen in school administration or educational technology. I have had the pleasure of knowing Fraser in a personal capacity since we both freshman in high school, some twenty-eight years ago. I also worked with him professionally for three years at Roycemore School in Evanston, IL. He gets my highest recommendation as both a person, an educator, and as an administrator. Fraser had the unenviable task of beginning his administrative career at Roycemore soon after the retirement of the former Head of School who had been in that position for forty-four years. It was a time of great transition for the school as a new campus location also opened up around this same time. Roycemore had a very experienced faculty at the time and Fraser was tasked with moving the school in a more progressive direction all while maintaining what made Roycemore

I would say Fraser is definitely a great asset to any team and a standout talent. I had the pleasure of working with and reporting to Fraser for 2 years at Roycemore School. I was particularly impressed by Fraser's ability to make tough decisions when various stakeholders with competing interests were involved. I was always in awe of how Fraser could eventually get everyone on board and have flawless execution. Oh, and it is super fun to talk to Fraser about his passion for mixed martial art. As a team member or a leader, Fraser earns my highest recommendation.
