Bio
Pascal Cassan

I worked closely with Francoise Chapuis for over 3 years. Our biggest interaction was when we were planning a large force military exercise that involved over 35,000 troops, over 100 aircraft, and over 70 ships. The exercise required extremely careful planning that included several Distinguished Visitor days (3) that involved heads of state as well as royal families. Additionally the execution of these high profile, complicated events required intricate planning, especially in the air asset coordination. Francoise was the single point of contact to plan, coordinate, manage and supervise the entire air program. The planning that went into this evolution required months of work and coordination between foreign entities as well as civilian and military resources. Her work was the key to this highly successful event. It was perfect and it was noticed by the highest levels of government. She was mentioned by name by the commander of the Northern NATO forces and thanked by the NATO Maritime Command for her meticulous planning and efforts. She is meticulous, careful, thoughtful, and smart. Her work can be trusted to be right the first time. She is a self-starter and produces amazing results. She was even able to overcome operational issues like weather complications and maintenance issues and still was able to find success where other entities could not. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I believe in her because I have seen her work first-hand. In fact, I promised myself that if I ever started my own company I would reach out to her as one of the first employees I would hire. I would do all I could to make sure she was on my side. I know if she is on my team that we will success.
