Since 2010 it was a JV (50/50) between Direct Energie and EBM, fully operated and hosted in Direct Energie’s premises. On 31/12/2017 it became 100% subsidiary of Swiss Utility Elektra Birseck Münchenstein (EBM). Since January to July 2018 I have: Built and deployed Energy Management strategy and processes for 2019, in close cooperation with EBM Group Trading Team Successfully managed and secured the operational carve-out of EBM Energie France from Direct Energie environment to EBM, just over 6 months (Jan. – June 2018): - Built new regulatory and contractual set-up for Retailer and Balancing Responsible Party (BRP) activities: required government authorizations, contracts with RTE (TSO), Enedis, GRDF, ELDs, (DSOs), DGEC, CRE, etc. - Selected and deployed new working IT systems covering billing of electricity and gas customers, data management with DSOs, scheduling with TSO, guichets ARENH with CRE. - Synchronized the switch from Direct Energie to EBM Balancing Responsibility for all customers and related hedging positions including ARENH - Moved from Direct Energie’s premises to new one Managed the transition project: - Maintained post-acquisition cooperative relationships with Direct Energie teams while staying in their premises during the carve-out - Ensured the smooth running of the day-to-day activity in project mode with EBM Energie France small team (only 5 people) during the carve-out - Provoked fast appropriation of French Energy market local specifics by EBM Group’s project managers in Switzerland through close and regular interactions Show less
