JOB DESCRIPTION ● Responsible for the administration of end to end payroll processing. ● Processes the clients’ payroll including salaries and wages from different Asia Pacific Countries specifically Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong and Korea. ● Handles client through emails and call for their concern regarding computation of their payroll. ● Responsible for manual computation and manual creation of reports that were not able to be computed and generated by software. ● Prepares the Year End Reports and Annual Payroll Reconciliation for Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines. ● Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of payroll related services. ● Supports the Payroll Delivery Team Leader on follow up of timelines and deliverables. ● Checks the accuracy of deductions and allowances as per clients’ advice. ● Updates file for year-end computation and summarization of salary earned by clients. ● Handles client processing of more than eight per month while securing its timeliness and accuracy. ● Prepares fund requisition for payroll funding, statutory payments and the likes. ● Responsible for fund reconciliation to determine excess or shortage from previous payroll funding. ● Keeps abreast of the changing regulations and laws pertaining to employees’ benefit and welfare.
