Bio
Nader Salman, Ph.D.
Frantz is one of the smartest and yet very humble researchers I have ever worked with. Frantz is one of these bright persons who over-flow with ideas that solve real challenges. His dynamism and motivation are contagious. Frantz has always shown immense attention to the team he worked with. Frantz is an inspiration to me. It is a real pleasure working with Frantz.
Dr Xavier Legrand
Since 2006, I have the chance and the honor of sharing a working relationship with Dr. Frantz Maerten. This is a person who shows great creativity, an exceptional behavior and a positive attitude at all times. In the 2000s with Dr. Laurent Maerten, his brother, he created a company (Igeoss) and developed geomechanics-based softwares (Dynel2D/3D and Poly3D) and then, was awarded a PhD by the University of Montpellier. It is remarkable enough to be able to carry out sucessfully these ambitious projects. Maerten's "anni mirabiles".To date, with his brother Laurent, he is holder of several industrial patents. In a nutshell, become acquainted with Frantz is a great opportunity to develop its own knowledge of geomechanics-based technology and naturally fractured reservoirs. Always in a good mood!
