When Frantisek asked me to write a recommendation I felt honored. I believe that says a lot. We met a few years ago in a training, later I asked him to teach me and my colleagues about building strategy, and several times after that I asked him for advice as a senior businessman I trust. Frantisek has a modest way of using his rich experience from various perspectives (regional director perspective, state ombudsman and arbitrator position above the law, and leading key functions in headquarters). I like his values and the way he carries them out - for example attempting fairness and aiming for the highest possible ratio of created extrajudicial settlements during his arbitratorship, being able to reach as much as 97%. Several times (given we did not have too many opportunities to collaborate in a group) I have seen people respect his word and Frantisek being able to show the way. I also met several people who liked him as a boss and a colleague - which, pardon my language, is far from usual in the world of banking and large corporations. Frantisek is a smart and mature lead with strong decision making skills. I never really figured out how exactly does he make his decisions to be able to replicate the process :), but he sure makes good ones.
