  In this period KPN had a backoffice wich was located at 10 locations. We moved the backoffice to one location in Barendrecht. This together with two other callcenters and one backbone became 0800 0403. I did the personell planning and a lot of the organisational planning and advizement. I travelled more than 60.000 km's for KPN in that period. And was very much involved in the IT needed for the Callcenter to operate.   This was a time where Croon needed 10 engineers for it's shipping division. Croon cabled new ships so the electrical components on the ships became functional. It was very hard to find the qualified engineers who could fullfill the specific requirements. This special project was done under a head Personell & Organisation.
