Fran and I were colleagues @ The Denver Hospice. Fran brought positive energy to work every day and a willing attitude. Her enthusiasm and trustworthiness was evident in her work and in her interactions with co-workers. She was always approachable and had an open door whenever someone needed coaching or help with problem solving and decision making. Fran’s work ethic is beyond reproach, and she values (and asks for) differing opinions. I enjoyed working with Fran and being able to brainstorm with her how we could be more strategic and efficient in our work. Fran’s ability to provide mentoring and relationship management to others during times of change helped create a positive work culture. She is the kind of person who can see what is possible in a growing organization and works to make it happen.
