The Film & Video Production Manager oversees the overall operations of film and media productions that produce both external projects and internal media out of Options For All Silicon Valley Film & Media Studio. This includes organizing all the necessary needs of production staff, prepare and manage project budgets, prepare permits and documents, ensure the production schedules are met and that our internal/external clients and stakeholders are satisfied with the final product. Generate and develop clientele and additional revenue streams for the production company and manage relationships with stakeholders. Oversee and grow the production services offered including but not limited to strategy, production, post-production, streaming, and original content. Research and visit prospective filming locations to assess accessibility and modes of transportation available. Spearhead all OFA internal projects supporting our Marketing/Communication Team and Studios. Oversee all projects through Options For All Productions ensuring they are completed to the client's satisfaction. Maintain and oversee inventory of equipment for production including: camera and lighting gear, computers, etc. Negotiate Options For All Production rates with clients based on the current rate schedule. Create, complete and maintain organization of all media including a Vimeo account to share projects. Prepare and operate within the annual budget, meeting or exceeding budget goals. Ensure program compliance with all OFA policies, procedures, and standards. Hire, train, direct, develop, evaluate, supervise and mentor direct reports that consist of individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Collect, audit, and finalize time cards and mileage for staff. Monitor staff performance, complete performance reviews, and report potential issues.
