It is my pleasure to recomend Franko for any type of technical manager, technical project manager, or hands on manager. Franko worked directly for me in several capacities. First as one of my 24/7/365-anywhere in the world-deployable techs to later as my direct deputy. In each and every case he exceeded my expectations profoundly. He is dependable, curious, talented, and smart. Franko has the kind of person that is not easily rattled or upset. He takes things in stride and rises to meet challenges. This skill benefited him greatly when he worked for me. Our customers priorities shifted frequently and often in odd and inexplicable directions. Worse still our timelines were never realistic and many of the projects were frankly out of scope. Still do to the nature of DoD contracting and the realiteis of cyber-security, this kind of work must and does get priority. Where some of my techs would get upset and even try to, "fight city hall," Franko handled all of this without pause, anger, or a stray word. He kept his usual humor and charm and work worked the problem. Franko has the kind of wit, charm, and self confidence that attracts people to him. He is a natural born leader. It was clear early on that he stood out from the pack and would advance quickly. Advance he did. When I choose to seek a new challenge with a different customer I asked my boss that Franko replace me. My boss agreed he was the only right person and Franko, by all accounts is now succeeding beyond anyone expectations. If I could, I would bring Franko with me everywhere I go. Unfortunately that was not in the cards. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking for a technical manager particularly a hands on, technical manager to consider Mr. Fillalan!

Franko worked indirectly for me during our certification and accreditation of the SRA B3COI Network. His technical expertice and hard work made it possible for us to meet this goal within 14 months. He was instrumental in completing and documenting over 20 STIG checklists, patching, scanning and maintaining this critical network for MSC. He is a highly technical, detail-oriented technician that readily accepts challenging assignments and does whatever is necessary to ensure that everything is done on or ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Franko for any technical position, and would jump at the chance to work with him again.
