Bio
Stephen Henck
I had the pleasure of working under Frank indirectly for 12 months and directly for 16 months. During my time at InsideOut he wore the hat of boss, mentor and a coach. Much was learned from the idiosyncrasies of his creative process during new client visits or while working on a weekly deliverable. His curious mind is always poking and always challenging the status quo, saying to himself and out loud.. "can this be better?" (Yes that definitely was frustrating at times haha). Having a boss, mentor, coach that leads by example in that regard inevitably makes everyone around him better and made me better because of it. He fully embodies the concept of

To date, I have had the pleasure of knowing Frank Pinder for approximately six years. If I were asked to describe Frank in one sentence, the answer would be very simple. Frank is a true renaissance man. Frank's acclimation to the world of enterprise sales and methodology is impressive and expected. There is literally nothing that I believe to be out of his grasp. For the past year, I have had the pleasure of working closely with Frank. I have witnessed him successfully navigate some of the largest enterprise organizations in the world as if they were a third grade classroom. His rare ability to be laser focused at all times is a complete mystery to me. Typically, when people are mechanically inclined, they are socially inadequate, or unable to focus for long periods of time. However, Frank is one of the most well rounded Executives that I have ever encountered. He is dedicated to the innovation of processes, standards, and execution. Business strategy is second nature to Frank, business development is merely a byproduct of who he naturally is. Frank has a genuine interest in helping the people around him succeed, and is always available to extend a helping hand. He is compassionate, thoughtful, and treats everyone around him with equal value. I am truly excited to see what the future holds for Frank, and envious of those who have the privilege to learn from him on a daily basis.
