I had the pleasure of managing Franklin for nearly 1 year at M Powered Strategies where he supported our company's business development efforts. While Franklin brings many strengths to the table, he was unmatched at being proactive, well-prepared, thoughtful, and very, very thorough with any task or project that he took on. Because of this, I was able to count on him to attend business meetings in my absence and support many business development initiatives with minimal supervision. To cite a note-worthy project that Franklin accomplished, Franklin developed a comprehensive teaching aide that he used to educate many of our senior consultants on how to apply a specific concept applied in an industry standard sales methodology which we still use today when prospecting future clients. I strongly recommend Franklin for any project or organization and would be happy to comment further upon request.
