BMS interactive are an outsourcing firm with many different clients and campaigns, I was on an exclusive Telstra campaign. My role was telecommunication business2business sales consultant. My duties were to contact business owners to gain information on the business' telecommunication needs, with that information I would then need to devise the available option for each client. In order to be successful in this role it was vital that I tailored my approach appropriately and use specific questioning to obtain information I could then use to persuade the customer to move their telecommunications over to Telstra. I gained a lot of experience in quickly building a rapport with customers whilst working as a sales representative. As a sales representative I use the information gained from active listening and appropriate questions as a vehicle to achieve a sale; I do this by selecting specific information to demonstrate the product/service in the most appealing light to influence the client.
