Frank was always a hard working and talented member of the Bits team. He worked well with the various teams and projects he was a part of, and always a dedicated pro to the task at hand.

I worked with Frank at Junction Point Studios and was the programmer on Frank's audio group. The group constituted of 5 audio designers, 3 QA, Frank as the director, and me. Frank is a great manager who cares for his team and knows how to shield it from the production issues so they can focus on their job. He really knows where to invest the team's effort to get the best bang for the buck. He knows how to motivate and drive a team to achieve great results. For example, we hit a wall when memory management became an issue on the project we were working together. Frank scheduled a meeting and organized a plan of attack considering advice from his tech artist and his programmer (that's me). In less than a week from that meeting, all our levels would fit in memory (at least the audio part). It shows that Frank has been in the game industry for a while, he is very familiar with the processes involved. For instance, Frank organized such an efficient QA setup for Audio to have much quicker iteration times and have eyes on the situation of audio in the build. That setup helps us a lot when it came to finaling the game and minimize crunch. I've learned a lot working with Frank and I'm very grateful I had a chance to meet him and work with him. Frank knows a lot of people in the industry, which is always convenient. Somehow, that guy has a pitch perfect ear, I don't understand how he does it at all. Overall, Frank is good guy and a friend.
