  Responsible for Tindall Operating Procedures for Engineering, Safety, Quality Assurance and Transportation Safety. Developed engineering design procedures, standards and new product acceptance with an emphasis on cost control and accurate reinforcement requirements. Recruitment of structural engineers and development of a new 6-9 month education program that emphasizes all aspects of precast design, inspection and field safety. Instituted other training programs including PCI 101 training for plant personnel, Quality Improvement Training and LEED material requirement for sales and project management. Served as leader for Tindall’s Engineering Standard Committee, Quality Improvements Steering Committee, AutoCAD and 3D Modeling Committee, LEED Committee, Building Information Modeling Committee. Participated in the safety, quality control and plant manager’s meetings as the engineering representative. Other responsibilities included sales presentations, guest lecturer at Lehigh University and the adjunct instructor of Prestress Design course at Clemson Masters of Engineering program in fall 2008.
