  Worked as a supervisor to handling almost everything about production in the shoe factory of Holimex enterprise from 2005 to 2008. Since 2009, I had been working in the sample room as a director, assisting making salesmen samples ; 100% responsible for arranging confirmation samples(pre-production samples) to assure the quality standard for PD team ; Forwarding correct information to the purchasing department to buy materials for PD; Arranging full size testing before mass production; Making and sending production reports to customer every week; Working together with cost-calculation team and having face-to-face price meeting with customer.
