I worked with Frank and his company PCBAStore/SinoFast in order to make my company's new product called Midronome. They not only made the PCB, assembled the electronic components, but also did the testing and the final assembly of the product. Frank was my main contact, he was also quite involved in supervising the process as I understood. He was always very quick at answering my questions over email, and we even had a 2 hour video call for him and his team to go through the testing process of the product. There was no problem communicating with him in English during this whole process. I can also add that Frank was particularly thorough in checking every detail of the process, in particular Q&A of the product and the process.
