Bio
Priscilla Maulsby
Frank is one of the most fascinating teachers I've ever encountered. Not only does he have a detailed and thorough knowledge of his subjects, but also he is able to hold his students' attention continually by the inclusion of information usually not widely disseminated among undergraduates at any level. He is an excellent public speaker and a clear, lucid writer.
