Frank worked for me for over two years. Together we have been told we did the impossible by getting a service desk installed, configured and populated with data our company can use in a real short time. I merely pointed the way, Frank did all the work. It is a real pleasure to work with someone where you can bounce ideas off of and come up with a plan that Frank can develop. He did this so many times with me and something good always came out of it. Frank not only has the technical skills of an application developer and a DBA, but also the business and ITIL knowledge to do it right. Frank is already missed in our IT department.
