R. Dale Raley

I worked with Frank when he was relatively young and inexperienced, but I quickly gained respect for his ability to "get up to speed" and take leadership control of our various projects. Frank would study them until he understood them at a deeper level than anyone else, then he would come up with very innovative improvement suggestions and could often push them through to implementation. Frank has great communication/people skills and his professionalism well beyond his years.
