Paramedic / Instructor/ HAZMAT Technician / EVOC Instructor, Responsibilities include but not limited to: Perform tasks assigned at any given time which would include providing pre-hospital care to the people of NY Working with Fire suppression, dealing with any HAZMAT or WMD incident Teaching a variety of courses including but not limited to all medical curriculum on American Heart Association, Emergency Medical Technician, Paramedic, HAZMAT, WMD, incident command structures and S.T.A.R.T. I am a long standing member with in the EMS community since the early 1980’s. My early beginnings as an Emergency Medical Technician prompted me into to becoming a Paramedic to provide better patient care. I have gathered numerous certifications and instructor qualifications through out my years of work in the EMS field. I am a certified N.Y.S. D.O.H. E.M.S. and E.V.O.C. instructor since 1988. Some of my past work experiences include; Emergency Medical Service Command Dignitary Protection Unit (EMSC DPU) and FDNY HAZTAC. I have since moved into managerial positions with in the EMS community and enjoyed my work in that position. My accomplishments are due to my high standards of integrity and the outgoing respect from my fellow co-workers past and present. Show less
