I hired Frank when we were gearing up to build a new digital CDMA cellular network for Sprint PCS in the late 90's. I needed a capable Field Engineer to commission the large number of cellular base stations needed for our new system launch in the Cincinnati-Dayton area. We had very little time to meet the launch date, and Frank was the perfect new hire to help ensure our success. Frank brought a technical competence and a strong work ethic to the team, and diligently and effectively managed his large share of the base stations to make them operational. We launched on time, and to the system quality that Sprint demanded. Following the launch of the system, Frank showed his technical versatility by moving into the Switch Center, managing and maintaining its operation on a rapidly expanding network. Frank was a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him to any company looking for a competent and hard working technical professional.

During my working relationship with Frank Milovich he assisted with the initial Cincinnati Sprint CDMA wireless market build out, later to be contracted to Sprint through Motorola for a time reporting to me and later supporting the same market as the local Motorola Engineer. Over the years I’ve known Frank to always be professional, helpful and knowledgeable and most importantly always have the right attitude making it very easy for myself and switch and field teams to do business with.
