  Developed, implemented, and evaluated pre-deployment combat and security training curriculum for Headquarters Air Force Security Forces Center, eight Regional Training Centers, and 36,000 Security Forces members. Ensured over 10,000 Security Forces members receive advanced combat and security training annually. Conducted a capabilities analysis of each training venue and authored a 50-page “Capabilities and Utilization Study” which recommended the streamlining and restructuring of global training operations. The 2 yr Capabilities and Utilization Study was lauded for its comprehensiveness and the report’s recommendations were accepted by the Air Force’s Director of Security Forces and approved for implementation by the Secretary of the Air Force and the Air Force Chief of Staff. The recommendations resulted in a 70% reduction of CONUS-based training venues.
