I have worked with Frank in a true partnership of Engineering and Purchasing while jointly solving the problems of an Automotive OEM start-up internally and externally with suppliers. Frank has a very high technical understanding of powertrain, exhaust and fuel systems. However, his real strength is his ability and aggressiveness to learn more if he finds an area of weakness. He always has a positive attitude even in the face of adversity, and is highly self motivated. Frank is not just tri-lingual, but truly has a multicultural understanding of the people, customs, and business practices of Italy and Brazil. I would hire him to be on my team and would find a way to utilize his balance of Business and Engineering skills to its fullest potential.

Frank is a very honest , focus, motivated, and hard working guy. Outstanding professional and partner, he was always hooking up the team for agressive targets. Despite he is just an average soccer player, he is always struggling, LOL. Wish you the best for you and family. Flavio Braga
