Dr. LaGrotteria is the Headmaster of Bridgeport International Academy located on the seacoast town of Bridgeport Connecticut. He is responsible for both a multi use building and the operation of a grade 9 to 12 boarding and day college preparatory high school. His role includes preparing the yearly budget, securing the necessary enrollment, managing and supervising faculty, staff, and also managing a multi-use building which includes a 30bed dorm facility. Dr. LaGrotteria has a Masters in Divinity (M. Div) and a Doctorate of Ministry (D.Min).

As Director of the office of operations, finance, legal affairs, and human resources for the Universal Peace Federation (UPF), a non-governmental association of peace activists and humanitarians located in New York, my responsibilities included setting up conferences throughout the world for hundreds of guests on a regular basis, as well as supervising the day by day operations of the UPF’s headquarters in Tarrytown, and its satellite offices in Manhattan and Washington, DC.
