Worked to consolidate the Division processes after the consolidation of the Maryland and Virginia Divisions into the Capital Division that handled all new home communities in Virginia, Maryland and Delaware. Primarily responsible for creating unified processes from the two separate divisions that streamlined processes and created efficiencies during this transition. Worked with each individual department to create buy-in on new processes. After initial consolidation work was completed took over and ran land acquisition department for the combined division which spanned three states.
