  Bachelor thesis project. The aim in the project was to create multiple reccomendations towards how the Incubator, Smart incubator, could reach a higher ranking on the annual SIVA ranking. After the end of the project, recommended measures were implemented by the leadership in the incubator. As a result, the incubator got ranked up two levels in the annual Siva ranking. This included 100% increased allocation from NOK 2 million to NOK 4 million.
