We completed a 24,000 square foot office lease on the west side of Madison in mid 2022. Frank did a fantastic job managing a complicated interior remodeling project to update a very tired space and make it look great. He was always organized, proactive, and ready with potential solutions to overcome challenges. This was his first time working with this particular landlord, and they were impressed. He was the quarterback among a large group of people including landlord staff, tenant leadership, furniture provider, interior designer, architect, fellow Ideal Builders staff and all of the subcontractors doing the work.
