  Working as a crew member aboard Anchor handling vessels, as part of the deck team during Anchor operations, observing all critical safety requirements throughout the moving and repositioning and securing of vessel Anchors. As part of the Engineering team I was a watch keeper and carried out repairseto the vessel tanks, pipes and steelwork as required. Salvage vessel crewman; As part of a four man team, we successfully broke the world depth record for commercial salvage at that time. Duties involved Fabrication,coded welding and modification of ship's steelwork and equipment. Installation of the Hydraulic winch gear, and ongoing repair and development of the underwater Grab, including the re-termination and re-instatement of the lifting sockets and umbilical cable.
