My primary responsibility is to find opportunities for Hunzinger's Professional Construction Management and General Contracting Services from both new prospects, and an existing base of satisfied clients. These services include development of Pre-Construction Budgets, Building Information Modeling (BIM), development of site specific Safety Plans, New Construction, Interior Construction, Industrial and Health Care applications. High Performance Facility and LEED Certified Buildings are a specific area of interest. New in 2011 are Owner Representation services available through Facility Value Management.As Education Coordinator/LEED Accredited Professional for Hunzinger Construction's SUSTAINABLE BUILDING SOLUTIONS Division I have developed a LEED 101 Presentation. Along with my SBS associates we have developed LEED Existing Building and Operations and Maintenance (EBOM) procedures guiding prospects through the rigorous LEED EBOM certification process. Wisconsin Builder Magazine awarded this team effort with "Green Educator of 2008". Show less
