  I'm an Retired Senior Engineer / Scientist with IBM who has had a 48-year career in the management of heat in electronics. I have also 25+ years of experience in organic and inorganic finishing of products. I'm the Thermal Team leader for the Supplier Technical Support Team since 1992. providing direct support to 100+ w/w vendors supplying IBM Poughkeepsie with thermal products. I am involved with quoting to achieve accurate part price costs & process cost reductions on all thermal hardware products accounting for 5 to 7 million dollars of cost savings per year on a 60+ million dollar spend.
