Frank has an amazingly warm demeanor when interacting both with coworkers regardless of the hierarchy. His patience for customer service is top notch and he always exudes an air of professionalism. In this role Frank provided excellent assist with both technical troubleshooting and service-guidance-based actions. He works well in teams and encourages his coworkers as well as holds them accountable for their actions and duties.
