I remember my first operational issue I was sharing together with Frank, with a smile. As often happens when working with transports I was under pressure to meet a deadline for a delivery and it didn't look good. My emails sent to Frank's subordinates who was managing the operational work in BENELUX was not probably not very friendly so Frank had to step in to handle their aggressive colleague from Sweden. Frank called me and cooled me down explaining that my issue was solvable and that he would check alternative options up and come back to me - and later he did come back to me with a solution that fulfilled our commitment to the customer. After this episode I was always happy to discuss with Frank about various aspects of our tasks especially about the movement of dangerous goods where he gave me many good advices. Frank always had a "can do" approach to the issues we were dealing with.
