Frank is an extremely organized and structured contributor, with a great process improvement mindset: most recurring tasks end up automated or simplified by him, which adds great value to the team, and frees up valuable time to work on value-added analysis. Frank is an Excel and SAP expert, in addition to possessing strong finance knowledge coupled with years of experience. He is also very independent and completes most assignments with very little oversight. Frank did a remarkable work setting up the FICO (SAP controlling module to financial module) reconciliation and worked relentlessly to ensure most historical variances were duly addressed; the business went from having multiple unexplained disconnects during its financial closing to eventually not considering such reconciliation a top issue altogether, rather just a simple check. I highly recommend Frank and wish him all the success in his future challenges.
