Coordination of Business Operations- • Coordinating all device sale activities of the Home Business unit across the country to ensure the adherence to accounting procedures. • Ensuring the timely circulation of relevant documents to the appropriate departments to facilitate. work • Collaborating with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work. Customer Experience- • Ensuring that enterprise customers are satisfied with Airtel’s services at all times by working to achieve an appealing device return management process. • Supporting the Home Business team to undertake customer service camps to ensure Home business customers enjoy the highest level of customer experience. Stock Management and Reporting- • Managing all stocks of Devices, SIM cards, MSISDNs, etc. within the Home Business Unit and accounting for their sale or issue on daily, weekly, and monthly basis. • Managing all stock transactions with the ‘S & D’ stock management portal and ensuring physical stocks tally with what existed in the inventory system and providing daily, weekly reports.
