As the Marketing and Sales Executive in Artemis, I was mainly responsible for the following: • Helped initiate the use of cross-border e-commerce platforms (e.g., China’s Taobao, T-mall, JD.com, Kaola.com) to sell Artemis products through its partnerships with the retailers and live e-commerce influencers. • Managed 50 social media/e-commerce influencers on China’s social e-commerce platform Little Red Book and assessed the quality of the contents posted on social media to ensure that they align with the values of the Artemis brand. • Nurtured relationships with stakeholders (top 30 business retailers and Chinese daigous) to help boost sales through the dissemination of marketing materials for business use, regular brand and product training, weekly routine retail visits, and frequent sales promotions all the while exercising excellent customer service. • Acted as an on-site English/Mandarin interpreter to a brand and product launch event participated by the top 30 retailers and 10 e-commerce influencers. This event was also live-streamed to at least 100,000 online viewers on 9th May 2019.
